On Their Minds

It began three years ago when I became fascinated by medical illustrations and charts. Those with heads that showed the brains exposed invited me to put “thoughts” into these people’s heads. I tried different thoughts to see if they “fit.” I was consciously respectful of the people depicted; in the process these anonymous heads became individuals.

They are created as digital images and are printed and exhibited as giclée, usually at 12″ x 12″ or 8″ x 8″
